Natalia Sardi was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and she grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Currently  she works and lives in Brussels as a choreographer, filmmaker, dancer, singer, and teacher.
She studied at the Professional Contemporary Dance School at the Theatre Gral San Martin, the National School of Dance II in Argentina and as a scholarship student with Haichi Akamine and Carlos Casella at the Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center of the University of Buenos Aires . After her studies in Dance, she has performed, collaborated with several choreographers, theater directors, visual artists in Argentina and Europe (Simone Forti, Oscar Araiz, Roxana Grisntein, Cruz Mata, Gustavo Firpo, Marcela Avila, Mariano Pensoti, Pascale Gille & Benoît Carpentier, Clément Laloy, Juan Navarro , Maria Laura Capria, Yael Davids, Cie Mossoux-Bonté, Thomas Turine, Malena Sardi, and others).
In parallel she creates and develops her own projects in dance, film and music, alone or in collaboration with other artists based in Brussels and Switzerland.

“Vecinas” (2015) produced by AJC and awarded for “Best Film” in Cinedans Festival 2018, Amsterdam; “Best director” in Bucharest International Dance Film Festival 2016 (Romania), “Pearls of 2015” award from POOL 15 Tanzfilmfestival (Germany), BEST DIRECTOR- “Stories We Dance” Festival 2016, Genova, Italy and “Special Commendation of the Light Moves 2016 Festival Prize”, Limerick, Ireland.

“Scores for Mother & Daughter” ( nov 2024) Produced by Cosipie asbl.  Choreographic Writing Grant 2022 by the SACD of Belgium. Choreographic residency at Rosas Summer Studios 2022. Best Dance Short Film at the Mannheim Arts and Film Festival, Germany. Golden Arrow for Best Film and Special Arrow Giuseppe Marcoli , both at the Ribalta Experimental Film Festival 2025.
